Greyhound Cayenn Elbony, born in Ireland, achieved the highest
racing award in the Czech republic. Cayenn succeeded in winning the
category Racing - dog - distance 525 m for the third year in a row
and he was awarded with highest title - the Golden Greyhound -
Grandmaster. Frantisek Ringo Cech himself, a famous czech musician,
actor and artist, congratulated to the trainer of Cayenn Elbony.

Golden Greyhound - Grandmaster Cayenn always one length ahead". He
revealed his work and he read a funny
legend to the picture - HERE.
The title of the Golden Greyhound - Grandmaster was awarded, in the
whole history of the Czech Greyhound Racing Federation, for the very
first time. The Grandmaster received, in conjunction with the title,
a financial grant worth of 100,000 CzK (cca. 4,00 EUR).
The owner of the Grandmaster greyhound donated the 100,000 CzK grant
to the KRTEK (a ground hog in English) child oncology charity
foundation. Mr. Zdenek Grondol, the representative of the Greyhound
company Inc.,that is the owner of Cayenn Elbony, handed over the
beneficial cheque to the president of the KRTEK charity foundation -
Martina Smukova. Also Jan Antonin Duchoslav, a famous czech actor
and great supporter of the foundation, was present there.
Among others Jan Preucil, a famous czech actor and professor of
dramatic art and rhetoric, and Eva Hruskova (a famous czech actress)
came to congratulate to Cayenn.
Greyhound White Elbony received the second-degree title - the Golden
Greyhound - Grandmaster as he successfully defended his primacy in
the category Racing - dog - distance 300 m. White comes of an
australian-irish pedigree. He was awarded with three statues of
greyhound "Oscars". Jadran Setlik, a famous czech photographer,
awarded White´s trainer.
Sjudraget Lijane, a young bitch, became the winner of 300 m and 525
m distances. She received the title the Golden Greyhound - Winner".
She comes from a swedish origin.
Petr
Novotny, a famous czech TV moderator, awarded Lijane´s trainer with
three greyhound "Oscars" statues.
Greyhounds are able to reach the highest maximum speed and
acceleration from all breeds of hounds. Greyhound races are often
compared to Formula One races. Greyhound fans all over the world
admire speed and beauty of these racing "monoposts".
Perhaps because of such similarity, unique Formula One Ferrari
artifacts were presented at ceremonial greyhound "Oscars" awards, e.g.
correspondence of the founder of the Ferrari brand - Enzo Ferrari,
racing gloves of Michael Schumacher, racing helm of Marc Gené, a
Ferrari F1 test pilot, etc. Also Ferrari owners from the Scuderia
Boys club, a member of the Autoclub of the Czech Republic, came to
congratulate to winning greyhounds.
